Flags
All the flags commonly seen during an F1 weekend and their meanings

Green: The track is clear. You are good to go!
Yellow: Hazard ahead, slow down.
Double Yellow:
Red: Session stopped. Return to pit lane.
Blue: Allow the car behind to pass you. Shown to drivers being lapped.
Black: Driver disqualified.
Checkered: Finish line. Race/Session over.
White: Slow moving vehicle ahead.
Black & White: Unsportsmanlike conduct. Can be shown for a variety of reasons. Usually shown for the last track limit violation before a penalty.
Black with Orange Circle: Mechanical problems with the car, which could be a danger to others on track. Go to pitlane to solve problem.
Yellow with Red Strips: Reduced grip on track ahead.
