Would Charles Leave Ferrari?

I absolutely believe that Charles would leave Ferrari if he felt it was necessary to achieve his goal of winning a World Championship.
Yes, his ultimate goal is to win the title with Ferrari but he has said previously that he would leave when he "no longer believes in the project." He is not blind nor stupid as a lot of people like to assume. He has invested the last 6 years of his career into his dream team but he also would not stay on a sinking ship.
Charles knows his own worth and knows he has the power to leave if he deemed it necessary but as for now it seems like he has mixed faith in the direction the team is going with the car. He has voiced his concerns about the current development and does not seem as hopeful as he has been in years prior.
He has connections with the higher management within the team and has used that to his advantage in the past so I fully believe he would use those connections to get his way within the team first and that leaving would be his absolute last resort. But at the same time, when he has used those same connections in the past, they have only resulted in temporary fixes.

If Charles were to leave, I would imagine it would be after 2025 or 2026, when the new regulations come into place so he can see if the team is competitive. However, he would have spent 8 years with the team at this point with little to show for it so if he truly lost all faith in the team I could absolutely see him leaving earlier than that. If the team continue to lack improvement and disrespect him, I would not blame him for leaving in the slightest.
